"We dropped our 4 bikes off for service today 30/6/23 and upon pickup we noticed a few things that needed attention. I would like to thank Ron in the service department who immediately stopped what he was doing and helped us rectify issues without question. We felt blessed to have him there to go through each bike with us and explain the issues and then rectifying them without hesitation. "The service is pretty good, but the child seat recommended by the clerk does not match the back seat of the bicycle. They said it was because I don’t know how to install it, and they asked me to take it to the store for installation, but when I got it to the store for installation, this problem also appeared. It didn't get resolved, and then they replaced me with a normal seat, which was $100 different from my original seat, and when it came to refunding the difference, I was refused on the grounds that there was a service fee for my installation, first of all, The mismatch between the child seat and the bicycle was not intentional, nor was it because I didn’t know how to install it, and it existed objectively. Secondly, I didn’t return the product, I just exchanged it. The difference in the price of the replacement was rejected for such a reason."

"It's been ages since I rode and came in to grab a bike to commute to work. Caleb was fantastic, he walked me through many bikes and assisted with all my questions. It's rare to find great customer service these days but Caleb and the team at 99 bikes went over and above. For this reason I will be shopping with 99 bikes again and will return soon to by my mrs a new bike. Thanks"
