Muffin Break Marion

"06/04/2023 Was served by a girl barista with glasses,extremely extremely rude,i asked her to warm up the muffin for my client with disability,she got no patient and said "I've already warmed up for you" and very reluctant to heat up for me again.She gave the muffin back to me like throwing a piece of rubbish,anyway i thank her and she just ignored me. Totally ruin my day:("

"28/12 - came up to order a coffee, was served by a young lady who rudely told me coffee was turned off for the day - no signage or anything, was blatantly rude, no “sorry” or anything - this was an hour and 15 minutes prior to closing. I won’t be returning anytime soon, which is a shame as you were one of my favourite coffee stores in Marion"

"Was served by a young girl who was extremely rude towards me. She warmed the muffins, then proceeded to take 10 minutes to put the order through on the register, which caused the muffins to be cold. I asked her to re-warm my muffin, and she snatched it out of my hand without acknowledging me, then basically threw it at my face when giving it back. I found this to be terrible customer service, and definitely won’t be purchasing from here again. Very disappointed, as i enjoyed muffin break before this experience!!"

"The owner is fantastic, he is so lovely and always has a smile. He has the best customer service within the food court and has a great attitude. The service was quick and there is always a large range of muffins. I highly recommend the iced coffee to accompany your muffin, it is always delicious!"

Just disappointed that I asked specifically for my coffee in a mug not takeaway cup because I want to cut back on disposable waste but then they served my brownie with disposable cuttlery, and the coffee came out in a takeaway cup anyway :\"
