"if i could choose 0 stars i would. this company is an abomination to the piercing community. they are unqualified, incapable and money hungry. they are horrific with their aftercare explanations and the “heal faster” after care spray is an absolute joke. piercing through someone’s skin should be taken so incredibly serious and these 13 yo “piercers” are not it. stop hurting young girls, stop traumatising them, stop lying about everything and anything. once you’ve completed a course in infection control and you understand the risks put the piercing gun down. you’re embarrassing yourself"

"Very disappointed today , went to the store upstairs to purchase jewellery for my Bridesmaids. Walked in , would have been in there 5 minutes looking. and 2 girls walked in standing next to me , they were welcomed and told about the sales today. I still was not welcomed or asked if I needed any help. The 2 girls walked out and I was still there looking for another 10 minutes , I was the only customer in the store and still not even acknowledged. So I guessed my purchase wasn’t needed so I decided I would drive all the way back to Helensvale where the lovely staff there would be willing to help me and welcome my purchase."
