"I had Dr Martin shoes with thick soles that split, so i went here to get the sole repaired and glued back together. The 2nd time i put my shoes on, it split in half again! Don’t come here if you want a shoe repair that’ll actually last and do the job of having… you know… working shoes. The only reason that there is a star is because the lady working there was friendly but if you can’t properly provide a service then you have a horrible unethical business model."
