"Absolutely disgusted with the state of these food items this morning. My partner & I have a long drive ahead & went through the drive-thru for a coffee & some breakfast. We were handed our order & left, we got on to the highway when I took the food out & this was the poor standard I got. The Zed Bread was rock solid & the Benny Bagel was almost burnt to a crisp. I had asked for extra hollandaise sauce but instead got no hollandaise, a smidge of melted cheese & a very dry, burnt bagel. We paid almost $20 for these items & these had to unfortunately be disposed of. This is not the high standard Zarraffa’s Coffee is about, so please remind your staff in being more attentive with how the standard of the food items are before bagging them up & handing them out to paying customers."
"Went to this Zaraffas this afternoon and the experience was disgusting. The girls were unprofessional when taking the order and also when we were receiving our order. After waiting 15 minutes for our order and being asked to park around the front we were handed the wrong drink and the food was to a poor standard. Our chicken and cheese had hair in it and the open club was burnt. When we went in to tell the staff on shift they refused to fix the drink or remake the food while insisting that there was “nothing wrong” with it. The 50c rule has gone out of the window with this zaraffas."
"I come here maybe once a week as a treat. The service is usually efficient and the drinks are 9/10 nice. the employees never go above and beyond to really interact with customers, they just do their job, nothing more nothing less, and that’s perfectly fine because i remember having a part-time job in my youth, just wanting to earn money not too fussed about the customers. However i witnessed something very disturbing from one of your employees this morning. The poor girl serving inside the store seemed new or confused (i didn’t catch her name, but we’ve all been there), upon asking her co worker for help, i’m pretty sure the name badge said zoe (long tied up hair, squeaky high pitch voice) zoe told her “i’m busy, do it yourself” in such a nasty tone. Now i’ve worked in a lot of jobs, and never ever had a co worker talk to me this way, or even considered treating a co worker like this. When she said this, everyone waiting in like to be served gave each other a look of horror, because what an awful way to talk to someone who just kindly wanted your help? If the young lady who spoke to her poor co worker like this is reading this, please remember you were once new and learning too, so don’t be little your co worker for simply needing help. I know myself i was horrified at the behaviour, along with other customers who heard it so I can only imagine how your poor, sweet young co worker who only wanted your help for a second was feeling. You shouldn’t have to go to work and feel uncomfortable or scared for needing help, we are all human."
"Morning staff is always on point. This afternoon I ordered a coffee, I got the wrong order and instead of preparing a new coffee they just “fixed” it and the result was hideous. I understand if there is a line behind me, but the shop was basically empty"
"Staff were amazing, me and my partner were served instantly with a smile. The food was delicious and coffee was great! Definitely going back"
