"Excellent Ramen! Mostly hoping this review will be seen by the person who lost their ring just outside the shop. There is engraving on the inside. Please contact the store and provide a description if it is yours. Hopefully we can get the ring back to it's owner."
"One of the best Tonkotsu Ramen bowls I have had. The eggs are perfectly made with the gooey centre. The charshu is thinly sliced and very tender. Extra noodles are $1.50 and ordering is done via QR code. The atmosphere is like stepping into another country which is what you want if you're visiting a place like this. The staff are polite and friendly with imperfect English at times which makes the experience all that more authentic. If you're a ramen lover I would highly recommend putting this little place on your list of places to go."
"Very enjoyable authentic ramen for a reasonable price. The standard tonkotsu broth is very flavourful and I like that you can customise your whole ramen. I like firm noodles (kinda like al dente for pasta), less salty soup (allows you to enjoy the umami more and be able to drink the whole bowl), and standard everything else. The restaurant is often packed but the staff are friendly when available. Really glad to have a native Japanese ramen chain available here!"
"Decent place open throughout the public holiday period. I had a Tonkotsu Gyokai ramen with extra Nitamago (half boiled egg) and my partner had a Classic Ramen with Nitamago. Personally, I thought the bowl was good, the noodles were soggy despite asking for an extra firm texture. Additionally, the price point for all their food is quite high even considering the public holiday surcharge as we ate on New Year's Day. A big positive is the sizes of beer available to purchase. I got a 770ml Suntory malt on tap and the thing was huuuuge definitely worthwhile for beer lovers."
