"Absolutely terrible staff, unprofessional and misleading, can’t honour their word from one staff member to another. They have a faulty item rack which contains multiple items, among them, a pair of shoes for $69.99, the tags were no longer on them (or many other pairs on the rack) I asked the staff member at that location how much how they reduced to and what makes them faulty, he advised they are 50% reduced and have a minor defect (small mark or crack in sole, etc) Two other pairs of the same brand shoe had the reduced tags still on them ($25 for one and $30 for the other) he advised me based on the original sticker in the shoe that they would be $35. I was advised to take them to the front counter and let them know they came out of the faulty rack, upon doing that a sly remark was made about my honesty of their location. Not off to a great start. I advised them what their staff member told me. The manager at the counter agreed and said 50% off is correct and the only condition with faulty items is they have no return policy, not an issue on my side. The price they tried charging me was $50, I questioned it because it did not match up with what I was told, I asked again, 50% off ticket price was it not? She advised yes that is correct, I said how does $69.99 equal $50? It should be $35. The response I got was that this particular shoe was originally on sale and she was taking the discounted percentage to a total of 50%. No such discounted original price made a difference to the 30+ shoes still on the faulty rack, whatever the sticker price was, it was half that cost which I advised her. I again got the sly remark about my integrity of their true location. At this point I advised that if she cannot honour what was explained to me in regards to the faulty rack I have no interest in purchasing them. She bluntly refused to honour what not only herself and her staff had advised me their price should be in the discounted faulty rack. I was then disrespectfully told goodbye and have a nice day. As a company owner myself I was appalled by the lack of professionalism, the disregard for honouring their own policy and flat out belligerence in regards to my honesty. They lack the integrity to follow the ACCC guidelines and any of the corporations act. Do not give this place the time of day as they absolutely do not deserve it. For upper management that wish to be aware of this situation it occurred around 2:20pm on Sunday the 2nd of July. Will never be attending any of your stores again for myself or children."

"Great selection of skate shoes, runners, jandals, slide, shirts and short plus much more. In the back corner they have what the call there faulty rack, where you can find some absolute bargains. Picked up a $40 shirt for $12 that had a slight mark on it, gave it a wash and it you wouldn’t even know! If your here definitely check out there faulty section for a ripper deal"
"I arrived at harbour town early Friday morning wanting to kill time before a hair appt. I chose city beach as my kill time because you have great products and generally good service. This time I was the first customer in for the day. I was there to spend my leftover 250$ for the month. The whole time I was there i was not greeted, blatantly ignored by all staff, one in particular named Monet. She walked right by me while I looked at her smiling and she acted as if I was invisible. I put all of my items back and just got one thing because of the service. Got to the counter and Monet didn't greet or smile at me and came across incredibly abrubt and rude. I'm sorry but this is one customer that won't be returning. You need to pick your staff better. You lost alot of money today. I'm one of those people that will go or travel out of my way for a good customer service experience. This was appalling. Monet should learn that retail requires good service and it's not hard to SMILE."
