"Highly recommend! This place is really nice and comfortable! The environment here is really beautiful and my roommates are all very friendly. The manager Bonnie here is very supportive and helpful. She always work really hard and willing to help everyone. She will consider everyone's requirement when she is setting the rooms for me. Overall, really nice place adn i think i will stay here for my uni life."

"I lived here for about 6 months, and found it lovely and great to live in. I absolutely disagree with negative reviews about poor management, noise and bad maintenance. Everything works as a clock, including management, spacious bed, private and clean shower, good neighbours. It was never noisy, despite being a totally student accommodation. Additionally, price is the best in terms of value/quality ratio."

"I am posting as a parent of a Student living at Metro On Central. I have seen bad reviews and feel I should give our opinion, because it is a very good option for studying at Griffith. Our son as lived at Metro for 2 years and has loved living there. The location is convenient, close to Griffith Uni and lots of options for public buses and Metro private shuttle bus to Uni. Aldi is next door and other shops in walking distance with plenty of food options. The Pool and Gym facilities are good and we have seen lots of changes with management updating and improving facilities over the past 2 years. The units are well equipped and bedrooms are comfortable, but this really comes down to what you are expecting. It is a student accommodation facility after all. I have seen reviews referring to social housing and non students but but the overwhelming majority of tenants are students. Our son has never seen any bad behaviour or drug use, but like most places these days you just need to be careful. We have managed to build up a good working relationship with the property manager. With respect to cleaning and bond return, my recommendation is to complete the unit check list given at the start of the rental agreement and note any issues with the units and clean properly when you leave and there should be no issues. Our son has another 4 years to go with his degree and does not plan on moving."

"Management has no morals whatsoever. She has the maintenance man paint over mould. When it rains the carpark floods, people lose their vehicles. She will find anyway possible to take your bond. She will let herself in without notice and throw away belongings. I honestly don’t know how she is still running this place. This place needs to be shut down."
