"I have come to here many times. I always like their coffee and enthusiastic staff. Today's visit to here brought some new faces. I ordered a latte and a matcha latte. Not only was coffee making slow (I was the only customer and used to be very fast), but both drinks tasted like WATER. I returned to give feedback to them, but one of the staff was not taking it seriously, which made me so disappointed though I got the refund."
