"We have been through a fairly large scale renovation that started in October 2022 and has recently come to an end (July 2023). During the renovation - a lot of things have gone wrong. There have been few places we would both thank and recommend at the conclusion - and Beaumont Tiles at Labrador is one of those places. Initially we went Beaumonts only to select tiles - as they were the outlet (or one of the outlets) our builder worked with. After visiting the store we selected tiles (Lagoon Dark Grey Micotec), vinyl flooring planks (Hickory Monroe Isocore) & tap ware (Platz Brand). The quality of the products has been very good - particularly the tap ware. After trying many different fittings - many that fit our budget better, the Platz range of taps and accessories was the best balance of quality for money by a long way. The tiles have given us the look we were after and feel incredibly safe in the bathrooms as they actually become more 'grippy' as they become wet. The vinyl floor planks are a huge step forward from the last time we put them down. They are rigid, study and look fantastic - the colour is something I honestly can't describe - and something you'd need to go in-store to really get a good feeling for. The staff helped us with samples of all the products we were looking at so we could see them in in-situation lighting and with perspective wall colours. The assistance and guidance we were given in-store helped us make great material decisions, first time. Delivery of products went smoothly. Tiles arrived on time and in good condition. As things started to go wrong on the job - team member Veronica and manager Steve have helped us navigate the situations arising to the best of their ability - like arranging replacement of a damaged mixer and helping us order additional tiles to keep in-case of future damage. The team at the store have been knowledgable, understanding, compassionate and most important to us at the moment, kind, during what has been a very difficult renovation. Their grace while we've been under pressure has helped us to keep it all together and get through to the end. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Steve, Veronica and the team at Beaumont Tiles Labrador for not just the service, but also the support over the last 6-months. We hope to deal with the store again soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others embarking on a renovation journey or just fixing up a few trouble areas around the house."
