"Had spent the entire day travelling between Byron and Tweed hospital EDs with ill daughter.. finally sent home at 8pm & she felt like sushi & this was only place close by. Out of my 6 small rolls, I ate 2 & then drove to Maccas to buy chips instead. Rolls were warm, room temp & did not taste fresh at all… like they’d been sitting on the sushi train all day. Do not recommend."
"the mini tempura noodles soup was cold, when I asked them for a warm plate they just microwave it with the tempura inside of the soup, so when it returned the tempura was awful. well it’s a good place to have food with a little bit of hate spice in it."
"Dirty plates and garbage in crate on dining room floor. Plates not clean and soy sauce dishes not cleaned properly"
"This is the only place we'll go to get our sushi. We've been multiple times and every time the food is fresh, delicious and the wait times are quite short. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The kids never complain, which is saying something haha. We'll continue to keep getting our sushi from here."
"Cheap sushi so don’t put too much of high expectation on it. We were seated on the dirty stained train table. 3 floor staff and not really busy with less than 10 customers in the restaurant but hygiene was bad. Most the of tables were left with dirty plates unattended. Fried item was too dark, kitchen might have used the frying oil for long time without changing new one, hence all deep fried item were dark in colour. Not a good place in the sense of health and safety - containers storing dirty plates were placed under a table in the middle of the restaurant and staff need to squat down to put the dirty dishes every time. Moreover, the surrounded was so dirty with rubbish and chopsticks but no one bothered to pick it up. But than with $ 4.20 of price per plate can’t expect much. What u pay is what u get…….."
