"Called in to DSQ one afternoon after work, Margaret advised she'd have Brian call me. (Had discussed with Margaret that I had recurrent issues with repairs carried out by another workshop so was reluctant to book my truck in?) Over the next 4 days, phoning DSQ, being told Brian would call me. The next day I spoke with Jessica, who advised she'd get Brian for me. Jessica advised, Brian told her that he didn't want to take on any new clients and could do the work due to workloads. So after a week of phoning DSQ back each time, then to be told this, is the reason DSQ gets one star. Guys if you don't want to do the work, grow some and tell your quality potential clients up front!"
