"Dishonest company didn't even ship the item until after the estimated delivery date when I lodged a complaint. Customer service don't answer the phone and their text support need to be chased for a reply. They tried to play it off as Aus Post losing the original but you cant pull off that lie, then send the automated tracking notifications that come when it actually gets lodged. I'd also explained to them that this was for my dog who was having surgery and they didn't even bother to express post it. Also worth noting they'll only consider a refund if you haven't opened the package so no way for you to verify the quality of the product. Reply to owner: Advertised expected delivery date was 19 Feb. Was not posted until 23 Feb. You offered a free cover or blanket for the terrible service which I had no need for. I suggested a refund would be more appropriate given the dishonesty and unnecessary stress caused. You decided to stop replying again. I followed up and said I would be reporting you and leaving reviews of you didn't offer an acceptable solution. Again you didn't reply. I have all the screenshots, don't try to discredit me because of your dishonest shonky service. Disgusting."
"Still awaiting the arrival of my second rug that was meant to be in the same parcel I received three weeks ago and assured by this company that indeed there were two in the parcel after i queried the notice i got said 1. Poor communication , and poor follow up . Have tried to call the number on their site many times and it just says caller unavailable. Very disappointing and not a good experience"

Love the product and even received an email with care instructions and how to contact them should I have queries. One can see it's a company taking pride in their product and customer care."
