"Pat is the "ultimate" cat whisperer. She has cared for our several generations of cats for almost 3 decades. They have always loved her & returned home happy & non-stressed. However, Pat in a crisis or emergency doesn't demonstrate any professionalism or responsibility of service. Boarding our 3 cats, with 1 frail & elderly, who we had just learned was in renal distress (but given vet prognosis of many months to live - but who knows?) we learned upon arrival that Pat has NO access, nor has she sourced, a vet for ill cats! Just acknowledging that the 'vet across the road' has shut up shop, doesn't stop Pat from sourcing a vet liaison. The text we received to tell us that our beloved pet had died, was so HURTFUL in its long explanatory on how stressed and anguished PAT was ... and it was all our fault. Because we didn't tell Pat beforehand about medications to administer (which we only learned of 5-6 days before boarding) and it was all OUR fault for passing this stress on to PAT. My partner & I cried for Lucy for hours, & also from Pat's text"

The enclosure is so spacious, temperature controlled and set up to be a cats paradise with heights to climb and nooks to explore. Pat is clearly an animal lover who takes pride in keeping the cats in her care safe, comfortable and entertained."
