"Absurd, don't bother. I booked weeks in advance, flew in and was told they cancelled the room because I was less than 2 hours late to check in (due to a delayed flight). They said it was not staffed 'after hours' - just after 5pm. Then offered to book me in their other hotel for twice the price. Woman on the phone constantly spoke over me as if I was in the wrong and being unreasonable because I expected the room I had booked to be available. Some kind of amateur or sham operators, should be closed down."
"Website states studio apartments are equipped with a microwave, but no microwave was provided, nor was there room for one. Some furnishings (curtains) ageing & in need of replacement. On the plus side, quiet location on 5th floor with good access to CBD & local restaurants."
"Affordable, excellent location, clean, fairly good service. Place smelled like curry (not in a gross way, actually in a yummy way) and was noisy during festival season due to people partying on the street. Aside from that - great amenities!"
