Reviews
"Room was dingy and outdated — unlike what was presented in the photos online so very misleading. We were surprised upon check in with all the extra charges and the somewhat “subsidised” parking. Staff were friendly enough though and as helpful as they could be. Indoor pool was cold as, although the spa was quite nice. All in all not worth the money — probably the equivalent quality of a motel charged at hotel prices. I’d suggest shopping around before booking here first."
"Stayed here for work for two nights. Was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The service was friendly and prompt. Having the option of Netflix was great!! Would definitely stay here again."
"Room and bathroom both a good size, clean and with all amenities we required. The in room heating and cooling operated by guests is far superior to centralised a/c . Very quiet and an excellent location. Breakfast in the French restaurant at the hotel was delicious."
"Not the night we were looking for at all. We booked 2 rooms at the same time as we were travelling with friends, we asked for rooms next to each other but yet the rooms weren't even on the same floor. There is no parking. I hope you like soft beds because they take soft to a whole new level. The pool is cold, the spa jets don't work. The rooms could do with a dust. If you're looking for the hotel information booklet there isn't one. BUT checkout time is 11am so that's a positive I suppose."
"One of the best hotels I have been in Australia so far. The staff was really nice and friendly, and the room was spacious and had all you need. The location is great, very close to all the main attractions in Adelaide."
