"Worst experience I've had with a crash repairer. They use cheap (non-OEM) replacement parts, and tried to cover up some damage to the paint on the door trim (at the B-pillar). The rattle can attempt at covering the damage was peeling and that's what drew my attention to it. They tried to fix straight away, they realised I wasn't going to accept a dodgy quick repair, so tried to repair properly. Then they realised they hadn't checked the replaced headlights to see if they were working - they weren't! A big waste of my time, and they then provided a loan car which would not pass any sort of car inspection with horrendous brakes and suspension."

"Absolutely butchers working in this repair shop. Took my car after an accident I found more damage than fixing the damaged part. And they do not take any responsibility and they are careless. Avoid repairing your vehicle with them. And I would recommend not to even insure with budget direct because they are the one they send you to. Do a favour to your vehicle. Very disappointed"

"I have a different story to share. I scratched my Maserati Quattroporte (with 20k kms, in showroom condition) and was very upset and stressed. The insurer recommended JV Crash and due to positive reviews (and the owner's good reputation in the industry; trust me, I checked!) I decided to give it a go. The repair was fine, but a one-in-a-thousand issue caused me grief: a cable was squashed upon re-assembly which resulted in a very expensive fuel pump failing a couple of months after the repair. I fixed the car at the dealer who diagnosed that the issue was probably caused by the panel repair. I brought this to JV Crash owner's attention (John Verdnik) hoping he would compensate me for it. John did not give me any grief and compensated me very handsomely, by fixing up one of my other cars. He is a man that obviously cares about his and his Company's reputations. It is very easy for a panel shop to do a repair that looks good to the layperson and then get positive feedback. I wanted to share a story that shows that when, rarely, things go wrong, JV Crash --and John personally-- will stand behind their name and reputation and put things right. I will be going back, and I have full confidence in their work. And yes, if we talk about the actual panel work, both cars JV Crash has repaired for me look very nice!"
