"I wouldn’t even give this place half a star. Dr. Sherina De Almeida was the worst doctor I have ever seen. She diagnosed me wrong, offered no help or relief for my problem, she was cold and uncomfortable, she barely listened to me and the appt was rushed, no thorough exam of my condition. I was left in agony because she didn’t bother or listen to me. This is the absolute worst practice, avoid it, these people should not be practicing doctors, I cannot stress this enough."

"Let me start off by saying, the admins at this place were the only nice people, BUT DO NOT GO TO DR KUSHDEV. The appointment time was at 11:30am we ended up seeing DR KUSHDEV SINGH at 12am which wasn’t properly relayed to us. Even after him being very late the hostile environment didn’t help. We could see he didn’t really care about what the issue was it felt like he wanted us to be done soon as possible.The patient negligence is unacceptable and just plain rude.Hardly any question about the issue/illness was asked even the radiology referral had little to any information about what the proper procedure they should conduct. Our questions were dismissed by him multiple times and insensitive comments about age was made. Which had no relevance to the illness. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND SEE THIS DOCTOR."

"Made a booking to get my cold/flu checked out. Due to Covid rulings, the appointment had to be a telehealth call. No problem. Was called to advised this would be at cost, also no problem. 1 hour over the appointment, called to ask what was happening, was told there was slight delay, was asked if I wanted to pay ahead for my appointment. Declined till I've had my appointment. 2 hours later got a call, was advised that they cannot do a telehealth call as they've not seen me. Yet, they failed to mention this in either of the 2 calls prior. Wasted 3 hours, due to a combination of Covid rulings / Time Management on their side, but were quick to call to try get their money ahead of the appointment."

"most miraculous medical experience that I have ever been apart of, after a quick glimpse of a couple freckles on my back I was told I was too young to get cancer which is nothing less than a blessing for the comfort of my family and friends. Whilst my visit was to find out why I have felt extremely weak and have been vomiting. Another reason I believe Star Family Medical was top tier is because even though I fainted from dehydration and heat exhaustion I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all those symptoms stemmed from smoking and that if i swiftly halted my smoking habits I shall live a long life of joy. After seeking for a bit more details and maintenance I was made aware that I should just put on more sunscreen as my white skin “doesnt like the sun”. Feeling invincible after this visit and on top of the world. Apart from the sub par medical assistance and guidance I received the receptionists was very lovely and I wish her nothing but the best"

"Went on a Sunday and met the nicest receptionist i have ever met in a medical practice. Only writing this review for her. You are truly a good lady and hope you get a lot of good karma in life. Now doctor Singh has a personality of his own. I can understand why so many people gave him a one star review. He checked my daughter thoroughly and was nice to her . He may come up as rude but i don't think he means it. Its just the way he is. God blessbhim."
