"Very slow, always...15 minutes per person... Definitely not the fastest pathology I've ever visited"
"Would normally have given 5 stars but on this day 21/11/22 the 2 employees were late not arriving till after 7:30am never apologised to any of the people waiting to have blood tests done some of whom had already been waiting since 7am I do understand it's their choice to arrive that early. Then the employees proceeded to spend at least 10 minutes in the back talking which could be heard from the waiting area. Very disappointed this visit hopefully next time is back to the normally good service."
"Have been trying to call the centre all morning as I need to arrange a DNA sample to be taken for my wife and her children for visa requirements, it is an involved process and I need to arrange to attend a JP on the same day to have forms witnessed, I called and called, no answer, I then attended the clinic in person and no one there could assist me, they knew nothing about the process and said they can't do it, even though I was referred to them by the DNA collection agency. The staff are clearly not trained, absolutely livid that this process is turning out to be so difficult."
"All three ladies who took bloods for my glucose test were lovely. Everything was explained well and it made the experience a bit more enjoyable rather than stressful!"
"Called to booked appointment, spoke with the rudest lady who answered the phone as “ What “ began huffing and seemed fed up from the moment she answered the phone that I stopped her and asked if I had called at a inappropriate time!! I then went in for my appointment today the guy who “ tried “ to take my blood hurt my hand so bad it is all bruised and jabbed at the vein several times with no luck and needed to get someone else anyway to assist him. I think it was the lady I originally spoke with as this lady was also extremely rude and just seems like she hates life. Terrible experience and will never go back to this place again. Would not recommend."
