"Terrible service. I booked a trip on a helicopter flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound for 7/7/23 that was never available, though ExperienceOz took nearly $3000 in payment. I called Customer Service on 05/07 to confirm the trip which is when I found out. They did not contact me to tell me. I then tried to reschedule, we were told we could rebook for the next day (06/07) and would receive email confirmation with details of the new trip. After waiting approx 45 mins - 1 hr, no email was received. I called back to then be told the trip on the 06/07/23 was also not available. At this point, I asked if anyone was planning to actually let us know the trip was never available or just take our money, with no real response from the Customer Service Representative over the phone. Also, my friend had another look on their website and could see them still advertising the same trip for 06/07 & 07/07 though they knew they were NOT AVAILABLE! I asked for a full refund and email confirmation of the refund, which he said he would process. The next afternoon, I still had not received confirmation of the refund and sent an email to Customer Service following up. They replied, "I have received an update from the operators and they mentioned that we already missed the trip for today. the 6th of July. They are asking again of you want to reschedule for July 8th or request to refund the full amount." WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO TRIP AVAILABLE ON 6TH JULY!! I had to then ask multiple times for written confirmation that a refund had been processed. Very disappointing. More to the point, do not advertise and take people's money if you do not have an available service to offer."

"We booked through the site, they took payment and then never booked us into the event. When I followed up to confirm there was no vacancy left and they don’t process the refund for a week afterwards and then it takes another 7 days to expect it in your account. Not good enough and very disappointing"

"The ladies at the counter were nice but not helpful in providing advice of which themes is more fun and saves money. They were more interested in convincing us to buy the Village Theme Park 3 days Escape Pass which is worthless as below: 1- Wet n wild has limited working hours and this is winter, not very useful. 2- Movie World WB is ridiculous and not worth going there as lots of games not working. 3- Sea World was best experience we had ever. Worth every cent spent in here and lots of fun. 4- Aqua Duck also worth the money and good experience. Experience OZ should offer families an advice of what is the best place for fun at the current time for families not offering the best offer to sell tickets and takes people money. Very bad experience $1069 was paid for the above. Take my advice and do your search reviews and look online for better deal. Lesson learned and will tell all friends not to buy from them."

"I booked tickets for a boat cruise for the 23rd of May. I had my visa debited for the booking but there was never a confirmation email sent and the tour operator had no record of our booking. Goodbye money."
