"Hi, I had my kitchen made & installed by Verto Kitchens almost 5 years ago & they did a terrific job - we love our Kitchen. The other day our dishwasher needed to be removed & i asked Jacob (General Manager) if someone could come out & cut the kick board for me - since it had a stainless steel front on it - they did & at NO cost !!! then once again at no fault of Verto - the dishwasher person was putting the dishwasher back & screwing the kitchen panel onto the front (integrated) when he used different screws & put four holes through the front of the kitchen panel !!!!!!!!! Once again i called Jacob & asked could i please get another one made at the expense of the dishwasher people - But i have just received an email of him to say it would be provided at NO cost !!! All i can say is that i would highly recommend VERTO Kitchens for their professionalism, great quality project & especially the after sales response.
