"They didn't have the items that attracted me to visit (shown on their Facebook page) and the volunteer told me they never had had them and that the pics could actually refer to any of the locations. That was a bit of a bummer as the address under the pics was given as being this specific Nerang location and it was long trip on a bus, plus a walk in the hot sun, to get to there. Shop was clean and fresh. Think the volunteer could have been having a bad day though as didn't seem overly friendly at all."
"Poor customer service from older staff members. Some prices are reasonable, although may as well go buy brand new for same cost. Princess Polly is a rip off designer label corner, they are charging ridiculous prices for free donated items ... a sale is a sale as long as it accrued an income. Many other affordable op shops with worthy causes"
