"There is the dramatic view of water high above the gorge bottom. The unique acoustics of the dam gave it the Whispering Wall name and everyone is checking it's structural integrity by listening to sound travelling along. There are shaded seating, facilities, lawn and a small section of the gorge jutting out of it. It is safe."
