"Have bought dog coats from McLaren Vale store before and the lady kindly exchanged the first one due to wrong sizing once we had quickly tried it on. Bought another one today, and even though we got the same size as last time, the coat did not fit the dog so was looking to exchange. We got told it is against their policy to exchange pet items, even though it was labeled as the wrong size and we have previously done so. We were not made aware of this “policy” at checkout, nor did it say on the receipt. They said the coat had hair all over it, which the dog tried it on for a total of 10 seconds for size and taken straight back off and brushed down. Very disappointed in lack of service and ability to even come to a conclusion of any kind. Will not be shopping here again."
"Staff was extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere was extremely relaxing. I primarily shop there for snacks because the prices are significantly lower than those found in most supermarkets. I enjoy the variety, but because of its small size, there are some restrictions on what you are trying to find."
