"Received a gift card for First AVENUE. My fiance and I went in to the store to have a look and buy something nice for our home. We were quite underwhelmed with the service. The store itself is fully stocked with beautiful (if overpriced) items. Our real problem was that we were in the store for over an hour with out being greeted by a staff member, of which there were at least three. We felt as though we were being snubbed, even though we were nicely dressed and mannered. When we finally did go to the counter to purchase the staff member was very rude and dismissive. The store was not busy at all. Disappointed."
