"Received a quote for double glazed windows, I followed up with an email seeking additional information. No response. As a customer I think my business wasnt wanted. A quote isnt just about graphics for window replacement, it should include specifications for the materials that are going to be used for the frames, the winders, handles and obviously the glass. Obviously my experience was very disappointing."

They were forthcoming with scheduling constraints and expected start times, setting a realistic expectations. On the days of work, the trade worker arrived on time, as communicated, ready to start work. Even though the duration of my job was less than a week, every day the workers took the time to clean-up at the end of the day, which was very much appreciated. "UrbanOz have been fantastic with the renovation of our open plan back room. The renovation needed to be done in stages and UrbanOz were happy to work with this plan. Steve and his team of excellent tradespeople expanded our pantry and completely renovated the original bathroom. We then removed the back door and window and replaced it with a large sliding door. The final stage was gyprocking our raked ceiling. Steve and his team from UrbanOz have been happy to help us with smaller jobs like a nib wall, skirtings and architraves along the way. All of the team are friendly and polite, perform the work to an excellent standard and tidy up at the end of each day. "So happy with the workmanship of the repair and revamp of my existing pergola. The crew at Urban Oz was both very professional and polite towards me. They had no hesitation in answering any of my questions while the build was happening. This was a full 2 day job and each day they cleaned up - such great respect for my home. The work was not quite complete ( attaching storm drainage , relaying pavers etc) another crew from UrbanOz completed the entire project the next day. I would highly recommend this company, I was impressed how they used local companies like southern timber which I really like supporting local industry down south.
