"Very very disappointing. First time at the salon and I requested long layers with shaping around my face (which I have had at all my previous haircuts). Was told that this would look bad and make my hair a V shape so I couldn’t have it and I would have to have bangs and some layers. Felt as though I was forced into a style I didn’t want. I also asked for only two inches off my hair as I wanted to keep the length as much as possible. My bangs are different lengths, I have no layers and was told I should never have layers in my hair as it would be too thin and I think I had around 5 inches cut off my hair. I was so disappointed and think I’m going to have to go to a different hairdresser to get it sorted."
