I accidentally forgot to remove cheese on one of my pizzas and called to get it changed and they were more than happy to help even though my pizza had already been made. Absolutely great service I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who picked up the phone thanks to you! You have made my Friday night ! Thanks again"

"Attention franchise mark: Ordered on Saturday @230, notification received to say pizza is ready in store ready for delivery. 3.09pm, still sitting and waiting to be delivered. 1st phone call to store, manager Jacob, said that because people had paid extra for faster delivery, they come first. Said that it would be leaving within 3 minutes. 5 minutes later, still hadn't left. 2nd phone call, asked to refund the order; Jacob flat out refused to refund and even remake the pizza. Third phone call, escalated to manager to which Jacob sarcastically responded "you're speaking to him". Again, I asked to have the order refunded to my card because I didn't want pizza that was made an hour before it got to my house (2 minute drive, of which at 3.15 it's still not here) As someone who works in retail myself, I would be absolutely ashamed if any of my team spoke to customers like this and this was their experience. If this is the calibre of leadership from this dominos I really think you should look at training."

"This store deserves zero stars. Three times they got a simple order wrong. I ordered a gluten free vegorama with no mozzarella. Each time I got a pizza without mozzarella but with pineapple. I'm allergic to pineapple which is not one of the vegorama ingredients. The feta was invisible. Head Office....Having 18 year old Duty Managers who laugh away or don't take allergies seriously is SERIOUS. And this is just after my dealing with breast cancer, double mastectomy, harsh chemo and reconstruction. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!!!"
