Welcome to the Tugun Village Community Centre, a vibrant establishment located in the heart of Tugun, Australia. Situated on Coolangatta Road, our community centre is a point of interest for both locals and visitors alike.

At the Tugun Village Community Centre, we pride ourselves on providing residents with a versatile space that caters to a wide range of activities and events. Our large hall, complete with full theatre facilities including a stage, back stage area, and dressing rooms, is perfect for hosting everything from weekly indoor bowls competitions to live theatre performances. The hall has recently undergone a part refurbishment in 2019, resulting in a fresh and welcoming environment that has quickly become a social hub for the local community.

In addition to the large hall, we also have a smaller activity room available. This space is suitable for meetings, dance and fitness classes, and features amenities such as a full-length mirror, ballet barre, and audio system. We also provide kitchen facilities for your convenience.

One of the highlights of the Tugun Village Community Centre is our longstanding partnership with the Tugun Theatre Company. For over a decade, this talented group has called our stage home, captivating audiences with their four annual productions. If you're interested in booking our facilities, please note that all bookings must be paid in advance. You will receive a "Notice to Pay" to the email address you provide on the enquiry form. To ensure the safety and well-being of all users, we require all hirers to attend an induction. The induction may range from a simple introduction to fire, health, and safety protocols in the room you've hired, to a more comprehensive session that includes equipment use and licensing for larger events.
