Reviews
"Rooms are a bit dated with no air con in the bedroom but clean and tidy. The kids pool is awesome for the little ones."
"Plus Friendly upon check-in. Room was neat and tidy. 4E The location was exceptional. Pool was clean, sauna awesome, shower facility was reasonably new. BbQ area very clean. Minus Our bed was a bit firm. Summary Taking into account that It’s an older Complex, and we have read some poor reviews but we were happy enough to return when next up on the Gold Coast. If your an a healthy holiday it’s a stones throw to the brand new Tallebudgera Leisure Centre."
"The whole apartment looked tired and sad and was in need of new carpets and furniture indoors. The balcony paint work and sliding door tracks were chipped and dirty making it very unpleasant to sit there. The apartment was NOT as advertised. No restaurant or BBQ facilities. No assistance with transfers. The traffic noise made sleeping difficult and the beds were way too hard. Minimal or no disposable goods were supplied - no basic bathroom items like shower cap, mini toothpaste, face washer etc. I had to use the one and only plastic bin liner from the kitchen as a shower cap!. 1 small packet of long-life milk for 2 people for 2 days was not enough. And supplying cheap "International Roast" coffee sachets was an insult when most clients these days use coffee machines and pods. Finally, Non- paying guests would wait outside by the front entrance for resident guests exiting the building to open the doors thus allowing them to enter into the foyer and go further to use the guests on-site pool. Not good."
"I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this stay was not the ‘4 star’ rating it claims to be. There was extremely rude customer service from multiple staff upon check in. The apartment itself was spacious with nice large mirrors but almost everything was filthy. Dusty smell in all rooms, dirty mugs, grease and food all over the kettle, carpet stains, and I even woke up to realise my blanket had (what I hope was) a large food patch on it. The beds were not very comfortable but did the trick. I just fit on the single bed so anyone taller would struggle. I ended up getting cold with no extra blankets or sheets to use. At some stage I couldn’t fall asleep because I was convinced I could faintly smell vomit in my room. I had to spray my perfume to distract myself. Of course feeling like you’re sleeping in a dirty place is not a nice feeling. When our door was closed it constantly sounded like someone was rattling the handling or trying to get it, so it stayed open. The bathroom is outdated. I also wouldn’t give a high rating to the view as there is currently a lot of construction being done across the road - not sure when they will be finished. The location is the only reason we stayed. My feeling was that this place didn’t really care about its guests. I recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay."
