"We had their magnetic screens installed in our van by the people who did our van fitout. There were a few issues with the screens so I rang Topgear2go and spoke to Denise, she said come by when you're in the area and we'll have a look at it for you. So about 1 month later we rock up about 0830, absolutely fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of their excellent customer service skills. We left with smiles, so happy to have had such excellent help. All the ladies at Topgear2go are awesome!"
"Sadly it wasn't a great experience. We called on Monday and asked about a flyscreen for our van and how long it would take, we are in a rush but we just wanted to know how long it would take to get made. We got told they would call us back that day. So on Tuesday we rang again because we didn't hear back. They said the same thing, they would ring us back. Then on Wednesday we rang in the morning and they said again they would ring us back, we then rang another 2 times on Wednesday just asking how long it would take and if its something they can actually do at the moment. They said they would ring us back that day. It's now Sunday and we never got a call back. We weren't asking for special treatment because we are in a rush we literally just wanted to know how long and if it's possible. It's also annoying because they are the only place that sells what we need."

I have bought 3 products from this company and I am very happy with all of them, but when it comes to after sales service, I'm not - there is no contact, no tracking, no notice that the item has been send and all of the products took considerable time to arrive, forcing me to follow up, I received no response with online enquiries and had to phone repeatedly. I would understand if there were issues with supply etc, but just left in the dark doesn't make for a happy customer."
