Fulham GP

"We have been visiting Fulham GP for the last 6 years or so with our young family. Dr Derek Lem is our usual GP and I can’t recommend him enough. He is really approachable, professional and provides an excellent level of care. On other occasions we have seen Dr Susan St Clair, Dr Amanda Choong and Dr Jackson Patterson-House whom have all been just as professional and caring. It seems like no matter which Dr you get, you are going to receive an excellent level of care. Not to mention the wonderful nursing staff that have always been great with the kids vaccines. Lastly I have to mention the lovely receptionists that are always welcoming, assist with informing us on wait times if we call prior to attending and have made an effort to keep me informed on same day appointments, if there have been any cancellations. I don’t usually post reviews but we are so lucky that Fulham is our local GP!! No wonder they won the GP of the year award a couple of years back. Obviously we will be sticking around for awhile."

"Dr Victor Tan was very professional and accommodating. The appointment wasn't rushed and I felt like he considered all aspects of the condition in question. Reception staff were just as great. I'll be making Fulham GP my regular practice going forward."

"Been to fulham for several years but won't be returning. Had a return appointment to discuss my echocardiogram results. Waited 20 minutes and the doctor was unsure what to do and wanted to call the cardiologist on how to proceed during my appointment. The cardiologist didn't answer, so the doctor wanted to contact me later on in the week. That appointment was $70 for no advice other than he will call me later. I then got invoiced for the phone call being $50 just to say you need to make a return appointment."

"Only GP Practice that is not letting people attend with cold and flu symptoms. Was made to wait in my car and then had the doctor call me to discuss, then was made to be examined in the public eye with no privacy next to the clinic behind the smokers area. Got charged the full amount of $90 and never got to use any of their facilities. Very unprofessional"

"I have seen Dr Sharon here at Fulham Medical Centre for years and she is without a doubt, the most wonderful, caring, supportive and professional doctor I have ever had. Throughout the years I have seen her for countless medical issues/queries/help. She is particularly wonderful for women's health (very understanding and switched on with endometriosis, PCOS etc), but last year when I ended up hospitalised due to chronic pain - the support she offered me was second to none. She is a doctor like no other - genuinely listens, genuinely cares and genuinely wants to help. My husband sees her, my best friends see her - the whole world should see her. If you are looking for a highly qualified and educated, friendly, kind, super supportive and just an all round lovely LOVELY person to be your GP - I couldn't recommend Dr Sharon at Fulham more. I will also add that on several other occasions (when Dr Sharon has been booked up - and rightly so!!) I have seen other doctors here at Fulham and felt very welcomed/supported."
