Andrew the mechanic was meticulous & clear about my choices & options and spent time making sure my bike was spot on before it left the shop. Dax the manger / owner also spent time discussing options with me. Pia who dealt with me from my first phone call was also extremely helpful & quick to respond. I’m Even though it’s a 1.5 hr drive for me I will certainly be returning . I’m learning that using a specialist in brand knowledge is more important these days than ever before . After 5 previous services with you guys and others with problems still persisting, this guy has now nailed them all.
