"All online orders were moved ahead of orders from the patrons sitting waiting. Our estimated wait was 25 mins, we got out food after 45 mins. Not happy that when you order and wait, you are treated as less than the uber, menulog, doordash orders."
"Cancelled order after 25min in the uber eats system. So we rang them to ask why cancelled. They hung up Then we ordered again on uber eats giving them the benefit of the doubt. Rang to confirm it wouldn't be cancelled again and the lady on phone kept saying uber stupid and what they listed on uber eats the store wouldnt honor. Then they hung up again. Spent the next 20min wondering if any food coming. . Finally arrived. Disappointed to see all servings upon opening have a big pot of salt just sitting on top of each fish. Never seen anything like it. Hopefully not ruined with a pile of salt"

"Very disappointing...I order 2 hours before I needed the order (6.30pm) via Uber....I understood it would take a long time as it was Good Friday. They cancelled our order at 8.45pm...after waiting over 2 hours patiently, but now it's so late at night we could not get fish and chips anywhere else! :-("
"Great fish and chips! The young fella serving did a tremendous job under very trying circumstances on Good Friday. Good Friday is a day that requires patience and understanding for fish and chip shops, their busiest day of the year. The fish and chips were worth waiting for, a great little business."
