"Food was completely the wrong order three times now. Ordered a rebel whopper with no pickles and no onions. Got a disgusting VEGE burger WITH pickles and onions, cheese and one slice of tomato??? and a half filled ice cream. Inedible food, a waste of money and time. Every time we go here the staff are awful. 0/10 customer service, 0/10 food. Worth driving extra to a different store."
"Music was soooooo loud I couldn't think to order. I asked kindly if they could please turn down so I can think. It goes down a tiny tiny touch. Still very loud, I order. They are laughing, shouting to speak to each other over the loud music, running a muck and yelling "awwwwww yuck" She hands me my order says "sorry about the smell" I have no idea what that meant. They got my order wrong and served barely warm chips. Child manager did not seem to see a problem with this. Refunded went to somewhere the staff aren't having a party and are interested in serving food."
"Food is always cold. Especially the fries. Also if you ask for your burger bun to be toasted, they still give you it untoasted evey single time ! It's like they just cannot be bothered anymore Kitchen looks untidy and dirty lately too !"
