"High Wycombe store is normally my local and I’ve never had a problem there but I’ve moved and this store is now closer to me and the difference in customer service is crazy. I’m always polite to retail workers but the staff here are just grumpy and seem to be bothered by having to serve anyone and I’m ignored for at least a minute or two before they even acknowledge me. This has been my experience every time I’ve been here which has only been a few times. The staff member tonight was Shanah and she was particularly grumpy."
"I’ve been to this subway many times and I just lacks something that all the other subways have. Not only are you rushed by staff to make an order (which has happened even when the store wasn’t busy) but I’m always disappointed by the lack of care they put into making an order. Even the lack of toppings is ridiculous especially when you ask for more."
"This Subway to me, the door is in a funny location. Food was good and service was good. You know how its location locationits got that but it's and awkward door way and the way the walk way goes past it. It smells amazing. The baked bread smell fills the air, is extremely inviting. There are always people in there."
