"Wrote to their office mutiple times to what turned out to be an unmonitored email address, offered no alternative contact details and then referred to another branch that was further away, even though I asked for an appt there. I was barely going to go with Aussie as the last branch I dealt with caused me to miss out on a home purchase by delaying the submission of paperwork and I ended up having to purchase another so lesson learnt. In this case, don't go with the big brand, you're nothing to them, they won't even call you back if you ask"
