Wasted half a day because no one called me back as well as my quote info was not saved in any way and I was left being told I was better off going to a freight company. "It's a terrible service, the communication is non existent once the contract is signed, expect to at least double whatever they estimate you on costs or estimated time of arrival. When they pack for you everything is tossed in randomly, wasting space and packaging which they charge you for. They overfill huge boxes making it near impossible for the movers at the other end to offload putting risk your belongings. I suggest taking the time to plan ahead and organize the move yourself and not use these middle men."
