"The receptionist is rude and lacks empathy. She gave me the wrong time for my appointment. I forgot what time I'd made the booking and called back later to confirm the time. I've had insomnia for the past month so my mind isn't functioning right. She gave me a time that was 20 minutes after my actual booking, after confirming my identity. I confirmed her misinformation when I found the paper I wrote the appointment info on, at the time of booking. It's on her screen. How is a mistake like this even possible? If you're after bulk billing, you'll be rushed through your appointment before the booking time has even elapsed. Great care of those most in need. Their Mary statue must be only for show. Jupiter health if you don't like my review, clean up your act. I know the medical industry is under a lot of pressure, that's no excuse for this kind of behaviour by your receptionist or your medical staff. You're supposed to care for people's health and you are failing many of us."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go to this surgery. Please find somewhere else….. Appalling duty of care by a doctor there. My last visit I was told very rudely that there was nothing more he could do for me. A thought, Maybe pick up a phone or send some emails and help me get an appointment with a respiratory specialist that you knew I was unable to get an appointment with. On this same visit the doctor only checked my temperature, didn’t bother to check my breathing or could be bothered asking me any questions on how I was feeling. He knew I was really unwell as I had been coming back every week for the past 2 months as I wasn’t getting any better. I have no confidence left in this doctor and I will never step foot in this surgery again."

"Poor experience with this clinic from a service side - practice changed from bulk billing to mixed-billing between my booking my appointment months ago and attending today, and they did not inform me about the new $80 gap. When I asked to cancel my appointment, they said a $40 cancellation fee would apply, and the receptionist was incredibly rude about it. Having retroactively viewed the website, the company has not put any information on either about the change or their new policy, just removed any reference to bulk billing. GP service was decent, but I won't be coming back due to the receptionists/practices poor conduct around patient experience."

"It's been a long while since I'd attended a medical practice because of my previous experiences with them (see my other reviews). After looking around and asking a few people...I decided to try my luck here. Made a booking online with HealthEngine (quick and easy to do) a few days in advance and confirmed on the day via SMS. "They weren't available for my appointment, stood me up, left me and another patient waiting outside for 10 minutes after their posted opening time. then the receptionist arrived and sent me home because the doctor didn't want to come in for another hour. Disrespectful, no apology or anything. I would avoid this place or at least not book an early morning appointment."
