"I took my BMW Z3 to get the suspension checked using their Pedders "$28 Brakes, Steering and Suspension Check" promo. When I got there, Kevin immediately advised if I wanted to do a suspension check it would cost extra? RED FLAG straight away but I proceeded with $26 report only. I advised Kevin I wanted to fix any suspension issues + raise front height ride to avoid curb damage on front bumper. Pedders found issue "Lhs coil untrapped while lifted., requires attention. May need to reset coil overs". I gave Pedders permission to repair item and then carry out wheel alignment. I was then advised by James that the rackend was seized and there was nothing he could do and no point in doing wheel alignment until this was fixed. He also advised that the aftermarket front suspension was not height adjustible? I paid the $396 invoice, then took my car to Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto. They advised they were able to loosen the rackend with WD40 and adjusted the front suspension ride height ok. They also performed a wheel alignment all for $255. So I feel I was duped a little, wasted my time and would of got better service or value for money if I had gone to Bridgestone in the first placed."
"Last week i took my Ford Focus to Pedders due to some front end suspension issues, after taking it to multiple places prior who were unable to detect any issues, Pedders found the issue straight away and emailed photos of the issue prior to replacing. The service was amazing, all the guys there were really helpful- highly recommend them."
