"Didn't carry out the work I paid for. I was advised by this business that my rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced (among other things), to fix excessive road noise and vibrations. I dutifully booked my car in to get the bearings replaced and had new tyres fitted to fix the issue - nearly $800 all up. Weeks later I still have the same noise and vibrations. Also a burning smell and wobbling from rear wheels coming from back of car. They clearly didn't fix the problem and have defrauded me of $500 while also putting my family at risk by signing off on their faulty workmanship. Will have to pay twice for this work by taking my car to a competent mechanic that does their job properly. Lesson learned - avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I went to Penrose Automotive for a replacement engine in my 2006 VE COMMODORE. They were very friendly helpful and professional. Dont know why there are negative reviews. I would guess it says more about the people complaining than the company. I will be returning for my regular services and any other work that may be needed. Great service from the receptionist to the boss. Highly recommended them. Great work and thanks again."
