At Self-worth Trauma Therapy, we strive to work with cultural humility, engaging critically with ongoing education, self-reflection, and supervision. Our approach is informed by both evidence-based practices and our own lived experiences of trauma. This allows us to better understand and meet the unique needs of our clients.

As a PACFA Certified Practicing Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer caring, inclusive, and accessible therapeutic counseling to individuals over 18 years old. Our work together is trauma-informed, strength-focused, and client-centered. This means that I will meet you with empathy and compassion, affirm and build upon your strengths, and provide a safe and supportive environment.

Traumatic experiences often shake our sense of self and worthiness. I personally understand how difficult it can be to find the right therapeutic support, having experienced trauma and abuse myself. At Self-worth Trauma Therapy, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and develop a trusting relationship where you can simply be yourself. We offer flexible and accessible services that help you rediscover and build on your strengths and self-worth. Your goals, your pace, and your needs will guide our therapeutic journey together.
