"If possible, they’d get NO stars. Today I wanted to get a gift card and because I wouldn’t give them my name, address & phone number I was refused service. I didn’t want to give them that information, not because I have something to hide, but it’s the principle. Why do they need that information for a simple gift card? I asked to speak to the manager and the girl gave me a “look” and said I am the manager. She even called the owner who then advised her that I couldn’t purchase a gift card if I didn’t give her that information. Apparently it’s for security reasons ???? So they obviously lost a sale. I will NEVER set foot in that place again."
"Almost every time i visit i find staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Customer service is non existent and when recently attempting to exchange a faulty toy under warranty with proof of purchase I was turned away. Really disappointing that this is how a children's toy store is represented."

"This is a bit of a long post but I need to give context. My son has an acquired brain Injury which almost cost him his life, as a result he doesn't remember many things but from that began an obsession with anything tesla. Last Christmas I was on a mission to find one, to which I went to toy r us Coomera Westfield only to find they were out of stock. I left my details to be contacted if anything comes in. Today a got a phone call from a lovely lady named Brooke saying that they had a note to call me if anything comes in that is Tesla related to call me and put one aside. This is 6 months on from when I came in and tomorrow happens to be that little boys birthday ! To say I'm impressed by the level of customer service is an understatement. Your store went above and beyond to hold my information for so long and endeavour to make my little boy so happy. I returned the call to say I will be in today to pick it up. You might think that wasn't really a big deal but it means the world to me and my little boy after the ordeal he's been through to give him a little piece of happiness. THANK YOU THANK YOU to the team at toys r us Coomera Westfield."
