"We used them over a total of a month firstly taking our things from Sydney to the gold Coast, which was mostly fine apart from the fact they broke our TV cord and waived responsibility. Gary the owner turned out to be quite rude, I booked a different mover to get our stuff from storage for which we were overcharged anyway and on the day of the move he started arguing how long it would take and basically saying they would be cowboys because they were cheap etc. The other movers were nothing but polite and did the job in 1 hour and 40 mins when Gary had argued and quoted it would take a minimum of 4! Stay away unless you want to get ripped off or spoken to like an idiot"
"Gary and his team were recommended for a medium sized local move. His movers arrived on time on Saturday morning and had the job done in half a day. The movers were polite and friendly, and got straight into the work. It was a 3 storey house so they had a lot of stairs to climb with heavy furniture but there were no complaints. Highly recommend."
"I have moved all over Australia many times and this removalist was the first and only one so far that has not stolen/lost any of my goods. They were half a day late delivering from Brisbane to Cairns and this is fine considering the distance. Communication was average. Having to ask the young girl in the office three times for anything was annoying. Small inconvenience considering the cheap cost of the move. I would not hesitate to use their service again."
