"Fantastic place to buy decking with so many options we purchased an entire pack of A grade Belian which was installed recently by our builder who did an amazing job the cost compared to other places was great. Bob was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us select the best product definitely recommend this place for sales and service"
"After a few phone calls to Bob who explained that he had both A grade and B grade hardwood I choose the A grade for the few dollars extra. After picking up 55 lengths of his A grade hardwood and on my return home a couple of weeks later i started to paint the wood but first noticed the huge amount of bowing and twisting of the wood which was unusual for A grade hardwood which i previously had bought else where. then i counted at least 6 lengths which were half the weight and looked like pallet wood. I phoned Bob and he laughed and said that those Bali people don't understand instructions. He was okay if i returned those lengths and would be replaced but the trouble to hire a trailer and a friends car was not worth the effort. That's over 10% of crappy wood stuck in with his so called A grade wood. Unless you want a really cheap wood i wouldn't buy from him again. Very disappointed with wood."
