"Michelle, Rachelle/Rachael and her team at the front desk deliver an exceptional service, especially Michelle who is very knowledgeable and well informed about the products she sells at this store. From the beginning to the end of the sales funnel, Michelle and her team kept us well informed about everything from selecting a suitable product for our bathroom to speedy deliveries. On one occasion, we ordered a Mizu mixer/diverter with express so that our plumber could install it in time before our next project. We did give a short notice due to unexpected circumstances. Nonetheless, we received our product on time with minimal delay. They're willing to go for an extra mile and are also very considerate of our situation by adapting and being flexible with us. We ordered the majority of our bathroom (shower/basin/cabinet/mirror etc) through Reece and I'm confident to say that my hubby and I are two very thrilled, happy customers. Thank you guys so much!"
"I spent a couple of hours at this showroom yesterday, working through everything we needed for a new build. At first glance, I thought that the showroom was a bit small, but once I sat down with Michelle, I quickly realized that I was in very good hands. "If you need plumbing stuff in Midland this is the place to go. Unlike Bunnings they are professionals and the guys behind the counter are there to discuss the problem with you and give you advice. I needed to replace a leaking kitchen mixer tap Initially the guy tried to interest me in a $450 unit but eventually we settled on a $75 unit and he said I could return it if I wished. So overall very happy with the service"
