"I recently went to Central Beauty for a massage and facial. I was very impressed by the room and the ambiance of the place. Having been fortunate to travel and experience day spas around the world I was looking forward to my time with Central Beauty. I had driven from Melbourne to move here and was feeling a tad stiff and had booked in for a massage to relieve my pain. Firstly I’d like to say the staff member was nice enough but unfortunately the massage was nothing more than light rubbing down with some oil. She didn’t ask if I had any issues ( with either the Masage or facial) I was concerned about or injuries she should know about. The facial was not much better unfortunately it felt like she just didn’t want to be there. I felt like I was intruding on her day, and within half way through I wanted it to be over. It wasn’t a cheap experience ( I don’t mind paying if you walk out loving the experience) but all I needed to do is go home and shower off the oil that made my skin itch. I’m usually not one to write negative reviews, but I also believe that in this industry where ladies are paying good hard earned money to be spoiled for a little bit, the staff need to be better trained. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. Please train your staff better. Great ambience, terrible experience 1 1/2 stars"

"Bandhana gave me the best massage I have had for years. I had the coconut 30 minute massage and I was SO relaxed at the end of it that I felt like I’d been there an hour and a half. It wasn’t just that she is great at the physical performance of massage - she also exudes calm relaxation and she talks to you just enough for you to be comfortable without ever making you feel like you have to chat.
