"Ordered at 6.30pm with a 45 min delivery time. Called to find out where my tea was after an hour and told it wouldn't be long as it had left the restaurant. Called again to request ETA was told 10 more mins. An hour and a half later had still not been delivered. Called again to be told it had been delivered by extremely rude girl who claimed to be the manager but has no customer skills whatsoever! Asked for refund and was told there was nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever!"
"Terrible experience tonight. Ordered at 5:15 for 5:45 delivery at 6pm the food had still not arrived so I called and was very rudely informed me I was not the only order they needed to cook or deliver and to wait another 15 mins before bothering them again. I understand if things are taking longer than expected however no excuse to be rude to a customer. Will never order from them again. Food was tasty and generous serve as always"
