"All these reviews from a year ago are outdated and the old workers have cycled through, it's about time for an update. Watery tea. Tastes more like 25% sugar when I asked for 75%. Sago/Pearls tasted bitter and plain and not a hint of sweetness. I thought I was the only one but others I have asked said the same thing and I was surprised. I simply thought my less ice 75% sugar milk tea was watered down because maybe the "less" ice melted, but no. It just simply sucked."

"Great place and great service, but please change the paper straws or change the cup and lid itself, what's the point of having paper straws if the rest of it is plastic. And it's difficult to puncher the lid if the straw bends. Please do something about"

"(Edited up to 5 stars, they have the seasonal/promotional drinks as of Sept 2021!) Huge fan, though they often aren't doing any of the seasonal or promotional drinks, so you'll need to go elsewhere for those. Really happy to have a Presotea in Ellenbrook, and we go weekly! Friendly staff, often quite busy, and a huge fan of the Okinawan brown sugar tea with panda pearl. :)"

"I'm reading through these reviews and I'm seriously confused at the amount of negative responses. I'm always greeted with kind and cheerful staff. One of the workers even went out of their way to help me use their online app. The bubble tea is delicious, and I never have to wait long despite their rush hours. I appreciate the tea and the consistent effort the workers put in. One of the best Presotea's I've been to. :))"
