"They didn’t put the lid on my frappe on correctly so when i tried to pick it up the lid fell off and whipped cream, chocolate sauce and frappe went all over my dads car, my favourite pants and a brand new t-shirt. train you’re employees how to put a lid on correctly"
"Ordered an iced latte and frappe. Order boards were cleared and we were still waiting on our order. I went to the counter and a manager continued to speak to her mates and just ignore me. Not good enough. Eventually a girl asked if i need help. I gave her the docket and she promptly gave me the latte that was sitting there but had to go make the frappe. On the up side we got an upgrade for the frappe. Appalling customer service but I can't say I am surprised.."
"Pretty typical fast food joint run by teenagers or young adults. Pretty much what you'd expect honestly. Food is tasty but I can't rate the customer service that highly or the atmosphere as it's pretty much the kind of place you want to get in, grab a bite and get out again. They do this well."
"Midland. Awful, just horrible every time! This is the last time I go to the Midland outlet. This time was told part of our order was still 1min away so to park up, after parking and waiting about 7mins tried to call but noone answered, someone finally brought our order out, it was barely warm, one burger looked like the pic, the other was so dry it was inedible and found it had zero dressing. Last time we visited I ordered a sprite & found it was tepid water, I rang them and McDs just said 'oh sorry about that', and that was it. Terrible quality food being given to customers, poor attention to delivering a decent product. Midland, you need to instill better service quality in your staff! But anyway, won't be back anytime soon if ever!"
"10/10 for a very friendly cashier. A full container serve of hot chips and a very tasty Angus burger X 2 one with coke and the other a large cappucinno which met the mark for foam volume and taste. I also had an apple pie and ice cream. Yum unfortunately the lettuce was square cut and most of it fell out of the burgers as we ate. I would eat here again."
